Each panel measures 16 x 22. The panels are heavy paper. There are a few small tears at the bottom edge of the first page and the left edge of teh 2nd and last page. These are of absolutely no harm adn once framed these will disappear completely. I cannot date this exactly as my collection of drag cartoons is incomplete so i could not determine which issue it appeared in. Drag cartoons was published by pete millar from 1963 thru 1968 and this particular cartoon likely appeared in 64 or 65 judging by the topic and style of the cars.
